In a country with generally high level of culinary standards, where the chefs can chose from a broad selection of high-quality nature products, the members of Jeunes Restaurateurs are not only defined by their talent, but mainly through their passion to present the best, always in new interpretations, to the guest. The most important priority always is the satisfaction of the guest.
P. S.: Why "RESONANCE OF SENSES"? You remember: We are always looking for new dimensions of how to experience the „Shake the Lake“ way of life and the feeling. Feelings are vibrations. They are stimulated by hearing, seeing, smelling, tasting and feeling. 5 senses revealed five ways to generate feelings. What happens if we use all possibilities at the same time? We know the answer from physics: If vibrations overlap, we have the PHENOMENON OF RESONANCE. It creates a new, very strong vibration from the sum of the individual vibrations. The same goes for waves. For sure this works when Shake the Lake takes place! The enjoyment of the whole experience is even more intense than the sum of individual pleasures!
