Presenting the 17th Shake the Lake festival! We have new events, a streamlined organization and artist who are constantly refining their craft!

Life is shaking - and water is the origin of life. The lake Wolfgangsee is known as the "source of happiness", from which life-energy comes. Since 1995 it is the home of the Shake the Lake-spirit. "The Lake" is therefore the motto of the next festival and the focus is on special "lakeside sessions".

On the first evening we shake the neighboring Hallstaettersee for the first time! An impressive open air concert in the center of the picturesque "Marktplatz" can be combined with a visit of the legendary Corpus Christi-Procession on the lake and a walk through the famous UNESCO-World-Heritage-village, dinner, including dancing with the world champions and breathtaking boogie-shaking.

Then we meet again in the heart of the Salzkammergut, the Habsburg emperor's village Bad Ischl, at Zauner's "Shake the Cake" - and certainly the ambience will reach it's peak at the spectacular scalaria-concertevent, before the festival draws to a close with a unique lakeside boogie brunch at the scalaria eventresort!
